Mother assaults her child with a banana, because they would not eat. The banana was shoved down child's throat and smeared in his face. This child choked and vomited.

These are only a few of the abuses the child has survived. None of these abuses were investigated. Mandatory reporting agencies were made aware of the abuses. NO MANDITORY REPORTING AGENCEY REPORTED THESE ABUSES AFTER THE FATHER MADE THEM AWARE AND GAVE EVIDENCE AND PICTURES. THE POLICE (off duty making money) AT CASA WERE TOLD AND DID NOTHING. When the father asked WHY these ASSULTS were not investigated - The off-duty police detective said they had not been told of the assaults to the child - HOW DO YOU FORGET A BANANA ASSULT? This detective (of the year) threatens the child and father with no visitation without CASA payment. How is CASA an advocate for children? Is there any love of children? Will there be any justice?

WITH ALL OF THESE ABUSES THE MOTHER AND STEP FATHER HAVE CUSTODY.

   This mother is friends with cousins of the judge that is making decisions about the child's best interest. The child plays with the judge's cousins. The judge's cousin is the mother's landlord for over 16 years. The judge has done legal work his cousins.

   The court ordered a home study - and the investigating attorney - hearing of the judge's relationship - completed the study and recommended to the court that the mother have residential custody. None of the father's references or neighbors were interviewed. The home study did not include a home visit, or physical observation of interactions between the child and father. Visitation was recommended to be decreased and CASA involvement was recommended to insure that the mother would allow visitation for the father. 

   The father has spent over $20,000 to secure the child's RIGHTS of having his son's best interest protected. The State of Kansas has spent ten's of thousands of dollars on this child alone in legal, medical, dental, food, therapy, and even a cell phone. This is abuse to the child, father and tax payers. And this abuse by Lego Judge CONTINUES TODAY.

This child is experiencing a continuous violation of his Constitutional RIGHTS.

Who is responsible for allowing abuse to happen to this child? The Father? The Judge being a cousin to the mother's friend signed a PFS to minimize the father's access to his child and to prevent legal interactions between the father and the mother. The father could not ask the mother why or how smashing Lego mini figures or banana assaults could happen. This being the second PFS on the father, he spent another $2000 to get parental access to his son. The friend and landlord's judge's temporary PFS lasted over eleven months. The trial to remove the PFS with a different Judge lasted 5 minutes - the father's Constitutional Rights were upheld and reinstated. The father could now legally attend his son's school Christmas program and other events. 

The father drove two hours to attend his son's school program. His son was shy but sang well. After the performance the third grade class children returned to their classroom to be united with parents. The father was prevented from talking with or hugging his child by his mother and her husband. The child was physically prevented from speaking with his father by the mother and her husband. They walked directly by the father four feet away with the child on the opposite side of the mother. What must this child be thinking and learning. HOW SAD FOR THIS CHILD - Put in this situation......by who and what happened?

LEGO Judge Violated a Kansas Minor Child's Constitutional Rights AGAIN in the Second Trial.

IS THIS JUDICIAL CORRUPTION OR WHAT EXPLAINS LEGO JUDGE'S ACTIONS?

"Daddy." The young boy spoke.
"Yes, son." Replied the father.
"I want to show you something." The son said, as he and his father approached each other.
The father got down to his son's level to see what he had.
The child showed the father the smashed Lego minifigure that he delicately held in his opened hands.
"What happened?" The father asked with kindness for his son and concern.
"My step-daddy smashed my green ninja with a large hammer." The boy said.
The father and the son had waited over three months to purchase this special green minifigure named Lloyd. The father had painted another Lego minifigure green and painted stripes and a helmet green to make the best possible replica until they could buy Lloyd. He used child safe paint.
The two had waited patiently until a Lego set was produced that included this special Lego green ninja and was in a price range for their budget. In the interim, the replica was used for the son's imaginative Lego playing.

The father held his son and they talked for a short while.
 "Where are Lloyd's legs?" Inquired the father when his son felt better.
"I never found them in my room." Answered his son.
Enough spoken, thought the father. All of the  details of this atrocity were not necessary to be explained at this time. The child was hurt enough. He could only imagine his son's crying and horror when this happened.
"I am sorry they made you sad." Spoke the father. "Son, we should get our coats on and go get another one."

The mother, with probable direction or awareness, by attorney JAMES COLGAN of Colgan Law Firm, COACHED the minor child to PARTICIPATE IN FELONIOUS false police, CASA, and DCF reporting.

Lego Judge and police and CASA are all aware of the MINOR CHILD INVOLVEMENT IN COMMISSION OF A FELONY.

Police stated they would investigate the felony, they then reneged. SUNFLOWER HOUSE FAILED THE MINOR CHILD. The interview was conducted with the COACHING MOTHER PRESENT. (Check video)
