Law Firms and Attorneys paid to assist one child in securing their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and protection.

 

CHILDREN PAY ALL THE COSTS OF LITIGIOUS ABUSE - MONEY EXTRACTED FROM THE CHILDREN'S FAMILY FOR NO BENEFIT TO CHILDREN

All attorneys paid knew of the abuses and living conditions of this child. None of these law firms, attorneys, or associates were successful (or did they even care or try?).

1. Crow & Asso ciates

        Incompetent at custody trail - Check trial transcript ($1500 to request)

              Incompetent to even enter evidence at trial.

        Unprofessionalism

              Show up late to trail

              Unprepared case and/or evidence - possible bill hours and not prepared

              Lying, broken commitments, no phone call after giving promise (lying) 

        Possible extortion, ransom, or just theft of all case documents, pictures, 

              recordings, including materials from previous attorneys and cases. 

        Father requested over SIX TIMES to receive his case documentation 

              and materials after paying thousands of dollars to Michael Crow's

              law firm. He was told various possible lies.

         1. Material was already given to client - NOT

          2. Crow & Associates had LOST all the documentation. - Doubtful

          3. Legal assistants and attorneys would find files and call - Lied

          3. Amy Coppola would call and release case material - No call or contact

          4. Payment plan (expense for trial) had $75 left to pay. Father waiting to

              receive case material and would make final payment in Michael and

              Marti Crow's law office. No contact from Crow's office.

          5. Other reasons were given to NOT return case material that showed child

              abuse was known by Mike and Marti Crow's law firm. (ret State Reps.)

2. Patrick

     Child billed $900 for court ordered investigation. Good investigation 

     Lego Judge ignored the facts. I like this attorney, he just failed to help

3. Curtis Holmes

    Child billed thousands of dollars - filed a 42 page internet cut and paste

    interrogatory questions for a custody case without any assets or property

    involved with the case. Pages had massive cut and paste errors. On court 

    records.

    Attempted (hearsay) to have opposing attorney Terri Harris "pass" paper to

        increase client expenses. Unethical practice.
    Terri Harris possibly had client commit perjury by asking a question of her 
        client who Harris knew would lie. Possible beyond unethical court behavior.

4. Cordell & Cordell

    Child billed approximately $400 - appointment started late and ended early

    and bill for full hours. Unethical and unprofessional.

    Bad legal advise - Custody trial with PFS on father - FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

    Attorney just wanted large retainer.

5. Clinton Lee

    Child billed $1221 -  for court ordered investigation - Child expense not going to

    college fund or provisions (food) or protection (dental/medical)

    Knew of Lego Judge's relationship to case before case investigation

    Recommended to the court (Lego Judge) that the mother (voting resident and

     cousin's friend) have residential custody.

    None of the father's references or neighbors were contacted or interviewed.

    The home study did not include a home visit, or physical observation of

    interactions between the child and father.

    Visitation was recommended to be decreased and CASA (expense and abuse

    to child) involvement was recommended.
    Incompetent at family law - "Best Interest of Child?" Lego ordered him more $.

6. Gary Fuller - Abandoned representation of child just months before trial. All the
    time and money paid to Fuller was lost, only to be referred to previous shared
    office attorney. Boasted of his wealth to the father. Failed multiple times to
    perform duties as attorney. List to follow: Failure to file or modify support in 
   court hearing. PFS lasted 11 months for 5 minute trial to restore father's rights.
